If you ever need to contact us regarding a potential, existing or past purchase our contact details are as follow:
We make every effort to provide a fair and accurate description of our goods, including one or more photographs where possible. Please take the time to read these descriptions before purchasing, or if you have any queries regarding our product range do not hesitate to contact us.
We deliver to any where in the world. Please select your country when paying for the records and the postage costs will be worked out automatically There may be more than one type of delivery option available (If you live in the Durham area then you will recieve free postage or you can collect from my address simply select collect in person and then you will not be charged postage). We send our records in card mailers with card stiffeners to protect the records during postage. CDs are sent in Jiffy Bags. Clothing in sent in special clothing bags and equipment will be sent in various boxes depending on the size of the item.
We Accept Paypal and cheques. When you check out please select your payment method and follow the instructions onscreen. We soon will also be taking card payments via a secure network. Goods will be sent once payment has been recieved and has cleared.
Orders may be cancelled via written confirmation within 7 days of receiving the goods.
The customer must then return the goods within 7 days of Broken Soul Records receiving written notice of cancellation, and all goods must be unused, within their original packaging. Broken Soul Records can pick up the goods if requested for a charge.
All payments will be refunded once Broken Soul Records have received the returned goods and checked they are in an acceptable state. Any breakages or damages deemed to be the result of the customer will be deducted from the total refund.
If in the highly rare event an item you have ordered is unavailable we will contact you to discuss an alternative product or alter the price of the order accordingly.
If payment has been taken before we are aware of not being able to provide your product you will again be contacted to discuss an alternative product or to arrange a refund of the total for that item.
